Belmont Model "Bel-20"and Bel-10

(1) The Belmont Model "Bel-10 / 20" Chair has a White Plastic BACK !!!    

(2) The Chair Base will say "Belmont" on it where the power cord goes into the base.

(3) The controls for the chair are located on the back of chair and a  Foot Switch.
